Livestock Guarantee

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Arrive Alive Guarantee
• If animal arrives DOA.  Please get pictures in and out of bag as well as a 10 second video of animal on a paper towel
• Email MUST be within 2 hours of delivery
• Replacement will be  in form of store Credit
• For cancelled orders there will be a 25% Restocking Fee
• In the unfortunate event of loss during quarantine, if we can not source a replacement fish to replace in an an acceptable timeframe , we will issue a store credit worth 125% of original purchase price of that animal.
